7 Guilt Free Holiday Chocolates

What would the holidays (and life) be without chocolate?
Yes, you can eat chocolate even while watching your health!  As most of us know, dark chocolate is actually good for you. It’s loaded with heart healthy antioxidants. The problem with chocolate is over-indulging, so portion control is the key.

The best way I know how to enjoy chocolate without going overboard is to purchase individually wrapped pieces. That will save you from reaching into a bag full of chocolate and having a free-for-all. Take out one piece, eat it slowly, and savor every bit of it!
