I have long been a lover of REAL organic Half & Half. I don’t care for fat free half & half because, to me, it does not taste creamy enough and I would have to use a far greater amount to satisfy me. I would always rather have 1-2 tablespoons of the real thing than anything else.

Califia Farms Almond Milk Creamer with Coconut is totally in line with what I look for in a creamer: healthy ingredients, no sugar, and no artificial sweeteners. Best yet, it is only 10 calories per tablespoon! It is also gluten free, soy free, carrageenan free, GMO free, and cholesterol free. I use 2 tablespoons in my coffee and it’s perfect. The color may not become as light as it would if you were using real half & half, but don’t be fooled, the taste is where its at!
For those following WW, it is 0sp for 1 tablespoon, and 1sp for 3 tablespoons.
