Hey Sunshine!

What it is about flip flops that always brings a smile to my face? Maybe it’s that they remind me of summer and going to the beach. I always seem to be wearing them on a lazy laid-back fun kind of day.

You can never have too many!

Even though I already have countless pairs of flip flops, each spring I buy myself at least one or two new pairs. It brings me such joy to pick them out. Fun colors and new designs abound every summer! Any simple thing that brings me this much joy definitely goes on my Lightened Up Activities List.

Flip flops aren’t your thing?

If flip flops aren’t your thing, then go for a pair of sandals, slip-on sneakers, or just a new pair of summer shoes that light you up. You can go vibrant and wild, or pretty and conservative, or sporty and adventurous. Just have fun with it!

I’m off to lighten up my day right now to find my next great pair of flip flops for the summer!
