Last year I took up a new hobby, I was inspired to begin to learn how to play the violin! I had never even touched a violin in my 50 years of life, but off I went into my new obsession. I was very focused and practiced hours every day. I started to feel some pain in my wrist, elbow, arm, and shoulder but I ignored it and kept bowing that violin. The Downfall

It wasn’t long before I was in a LOT of muscle pain from my neck and shoulder all the way down my arms to my wrist. I wasn’t going to give up my new passion, but I did need a way to calm down the pain and inflammation that had built up or I wouldn’t be able to play.

At first I tried the old standards, Bengay and Icy Hot. They are helpful but loaded with chemicals and I can’t stand smelling like menthol and wintergreen. I wanted relief but using these products make me want to gag from the smell. I also am very careful with my body products, and opt for natural whenever I can get it.

The Search Began

I was so relieved. Now, could this actually help my pain? It’s a thick salve, so a little goes a long way. It’s more like a body butter which melts onto your skin as you rub it in.

I immediately took some out and massaged it into my wrist, arm, elbow, shoulder, and neck. It felt so soothing as it melted into my skin and it smelled great.
