If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you can probably guess what my favorites are, but here they are, all in one convenient place.
This is a must-have for making those low-point/low cal Deviled Eggs for your next holiday party or potluck! This small appliance uses steam to cook eggs perfectly poached, hard-boiled, and soft-boiled. I also love to make delicious veggie and cheese frittata omelettes with it. It makes hard boiled eggs faster than it would be to boil them. Every week I make a tray of hard boiled eggs to keep in my fridge for a quick snack or egg salad sandwich.
Quick Tip: If you poach an egg in the omelet tray, it comes out the perfect shape for a breakfast egg sandwich!
The DASH Rapid Egg Cooker comes with few different trays to use: one for poaching, one for hard and soft boiling, and one for omelettes. All you have to do is decide which type of eggs you’d like to make and use the tray that’s used for that dish. It also comes with a fun little recipe book. And since this cooker is works on steam, you can actually steam other food in it like broccoli!
I want to introduce you to my absolute favorite kitchen appliance for cooking soup. I can’t live without mine. It makes creating creamy soups (without any cream) a snap! This gadget goes by many names including an Immersion blender, Hand blender, and Stick blender to name just a few. But they all boil down to being your best friend in the cold weather soup-making months.
I am constantly using my immersion blender. It literally works magic by changing a pot full of broth and cooked vegetables into a silky creamy decadent creation. I use a Breville which costs a little more, but most of them are inexpensive (under $40). They are a snap to clean and come in lots of different fun colors. Many of them even come with extra accessories.

This gadget can be a little pricey, but right now it is on sale at Amazon for $80 off! And excellent price for it and I give it my highest recommendation!! It is not only an Air Fryer but it’s so much more. It has settings for Toast, Bagels, Bake, Roast, Broil, Pizza, Reheat, Dehydrate, Warm, Proof, Cookies, Slow Cook, and of course Air Fry! This is the best purchase I have ever made for my kitchen. I literally use it multiple times a day for a variety of reasons.
The Breville Smart Oven Air holds full size casserole dishes, pie plates, brownie pans, muffin pans, and comes with its own air fryer tray, pizza tray, baking and broiling pan, and 2 metal racks. I even find myself cooking much more often because it’s just so easy now with this one appliance! Everyone I know who has ever purchased or received The Breville Smart Oven Air raves about it endlessly!
