I first learned about the DASH Rapid Egg Cooker a few years ago. It quickly became one of my favorite kitchen gadgets of all time. It’s a small appliance that basically uses steam to cook eggs perfectly poached, hard-boiled, and soft-boiled. I also love to make delicious veggie & cheese frittata omelettes with it. They come out so creamy and the perfect size every time!

The DASH Rapid Egg Cooker comes with few different trays to use: one for poaching, one for hard and soft boiling, and one for omelettes. All you have to do is decide which type of eggs you are making and use the tray that’s used for that dish. It also comes with a fun little recipe book!

I have heard people say that they are perfectly happy boiling their eggs in a pot of water, but seriously this little contraption is so much better in my opinion. It makes 6 hard boiled eggs faster than it would be to boil them, and it does so much more. Every week I make a tray of hard boiled eggs to keep in my fridge for a quick snack or egg salad sandwich.

Quick tip: If you poach an egg in the omelet tray, it comes out the perfect shape for a breakfast egg sandwich!

I eat eggs often and since they are now zero smart points on the Weight Watchers Freestyle Plan. They make the perfect meal or high protein snack! Since this cooker works by steaming, you can also steam other food in it like the perfect portion of broccoli!
