If I am ever in a bad mood, an outing to the Christmas Tree Shop is a sure-fire way to put a smile on my face. The first time I ever heard of the Christmas Tree Shop, I assumed that all they had were items related to Christmas. I couldn’t have been more wrong. “Christmas Tree” (as I always call it), is an extravaganza for every season and occasion. It is a store bursting with low-cost fun at every corner. Holiday and seasonal decor greets you from moment you walk in, as well as kitchen items, wall art, furniture, throw pillows, picture frames, outdoor patio sets, candles, greeting cards...and SNACKS!

Granted, not every snack they have is appropriate for this blog, but I found some great Fun Diet Food Find Approved snacks that I wanted to share with you for your next outing to a Christmas Tree Shop near you!

Popcornopolis Nearly Naked Popcorn

My go-to snack is Popcornopolis Nearly Naked Popcorn! I always pick up a bag when I’m there.

1 cup = 1 SP & 33 calories. It is non-GMO verified and only has 3 ingredients: non-GMO corn, coconut oil (which doesn’t taste like coconut in case you were wondering), and salt. It is Gluten free and has no trans fats.

Don’t tell, but I also put some of this in a zip-lock bag and sneak it into the movie theater!

Mrs. Thinster’s Cookie Thins

I recently discovered Mrs. Thinster’s Cookie Thins “Brownie Batter” flavor.

These are so chocolaty and crunchy and they go great with a cup of coffee, as my friends and I discovered recently. We were drinking coffee on our friend’s back deck after dinner and just needed that little sweet treat to end the meal. This was perfect.

1 cookie = 1 SP and 26 calories. They can be addictive, so be aware. I recommend eating it slowly and really enjoying it because the points add up if you eat too many.

Pizzelles by Reko

A favorite of all Weight Watcher folk are Pizzelles (by Reko). There are always an assortment of flavors at the Christmas Tree Shop that I go to. In the fall I have even seen Pumpkin flavored Pizzelles!

You can do so many things with them, including making ice cream sandwiches with fat free Cool Whip for a delicious summer treat.

Master Of Mixes Lite Strawberry Margarita Mix

For those Margarita lovers, I spotted Master Of Mixes Lite Strawberry Margarita Mix!

4 oz. = 0 SP and only 15 calories. A guilt-free summer sipper for sure!

Skinny Dipped Almonds

The Christmas Tree Shop also has a decadent assortment of Skinny Dipped Almonds: Dark Chocolate Cocoa, Dark Chocolate Raspberry, and Dark Chocolate Espresso.

Each serving has 7g of protein and 5g of fiber and is NON-GMO Verified.

Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps

Lastly, I love Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps, Buffalo Wing and other assorted flavors. They are great for bean dips and they make great crackers for a laughing cow cheese wedge. Buffalo wing flavor has a great kick for those who love spicy!

10 crisps = 3 SP & 110 calories.
