Garden Veggie Chips

Hey Food Finders!

When I was in high school, I loved the snack food Munchos, those thin, salty, potato crisps with that extra-great crunch. I haven’t eaten them in years, but when I recently bit into a Garden Veggie Chip by Sensible Portions, I was transported back in time! I was amazed at how similar these tasted, and crunched, like Munchos! For those of you that have taken the Cravings Poll and crave salty snacks, this Fun Diet Food Find is for you!

The Facts

Making it even better, the Garden Veggie Chip has 30% less calories, less fat, with more nutrition and flavor.

13 chips is only 1 SP & 32 calories (or the 1 oz. bags of 40 chips are 4 SP & 130 calories)! Spinach, tomato, and beetroot powders are also added for an uptick in nutrition over my old fave. Other benefits of this healthy snack include that they are Non-GMO, Vegan, have 0 trans fats, no artificial flavors or preservatives, 0 mg. of cholesterol, and they are certified Kosher.

Fantastic Food Find

The Garden Veggie Chips by Sensible Portions come in full size or 1 oz bags for greater portion control. They come in a Sea Salt flavor and are the texture of a wavy cut chip. Eat them alone, with a delicious dip, or as a side to a sandwich or burger.

I personally love these Garden Veggie chips because of their classic chip consistency and flavor. They are major craving crushers for me. Sensible Portions makes other fantastically healthy and crunchy snacks in Chip, Cracker, and Straw variety for those of you that crave salty and crunchy foods! They even have an Apple Straw option for those with a sweet tooth!

These Veggie Chips do not disappoint!
