Hey Food Finders!

I found Thinables by Fiber Gourmet a few years ago and much to my amazement they taste just like Cheez-Its! They are the same size and shape, and have the same crunch, saltiness, and oh-so-cheesy goodness.

I first wrote about Thinables, among a number of foods I recommended a few weeks ago in my blog, “How To Stress Eat the Guilt-Free Way.”

But the BEST part about them is that in terms of nutrition they are light years ahead of the old stand by cheese cracker. Sharp Cheddar Thinables have 50% less calories than Cheez-Its. A serving size of 30 crackers is only 2 SP & 60 calories, with a whopping 11g of fiber and 4g of protein! I don’t know how they pack such great stats into this delicious cheesy, salty, crunchy gem, but they do.

In addition to Sharp Cheddar, they also make Cheddar Jalapeno, Pizza, Italian 4 Cheese, Cinnamon, and Wheat varieties.
