Skinny Pigs-in-a-Blanket Version 2

Hey Food Finders!

I love taking favorite holiday foods and making fun healthier versions so you can enjoy and still maintain your health goals! The other day I posted a recipe in the blog for the classic favorite, Pigs-in-a-Blanket. With a few tricks, I turned them into 1 SP and 30 calorie Skinny Pigs-in-a-Blanket, while still using Pillsbury crescent roll dough!

TONIGHT’S VERSION of the classic favorite allows you to eat FOUR Pigs-in-a-Blanket for 1 SP! Yes, FOUR for only 1 point! How can that be??
With Joseph’s lavash flatbread of course. LOL! This is my favorite versatile flatbread. One sheet is huge and goes a long way!

Ingredients

4 Hebrew national 97% fat free hot dogs

1 Joseph lavash flatbread

Mustard

Oil spray

Directions

Cut one sheet of Joseph’s lavash flatbread Into 4 quarters. Spread some mustard on each quarter and roll up one whole hotdog in each quarter.
Use a little more mustard to seal the roll-up, keeping it closed. If you don’t like mustard you can use reduced sugar ketchup.

Heat a large pan with some olive oil spray. On medium heat, place each rolled hotdog on the pan and cook each side for about a minute, or until golden
brown on each side. Take out of the pan and cut each hotdog into four pieces. Enjoy!
