Guilt-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake

I don’t know about you, but MY idea of heaven includes huge amounts of chocolate and peanut butter! Ok, my perfect world would be lined with decadent, but calorie-free, Lindt “Midnight” Dark Chocolate Truffles and Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups. Ahhhhh. Well next to that scenario, I came up with a milkshake recipe that tastes like heaven on earth. I combined my favorite flavors of chocolate and peanut butter, with banana and a secret healthy ingredient that helps make the whole thing so creamy and much more nutritious. Best of all, it’s low in points and calories.
This Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake is quick, easy, healthy, and OH SO DELISH. It just doesn’t get any better than this!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter (such as PBFit)
2 packets of Truvia (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
½ cup ice
Optional: ½ frozen banana
Secret Ingredient:
3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower (Don’t knock it til you try it!)
Recipe:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds until thick, smooth, and creamy.
Pour into a tall glass with a fun straw and enjoy!
