Spicy Greek Feta Dip

Hey Food Finders!

Greek food is my all-time favorite cuisine. I grew up in a town on Long Island that literally had 3 Greek restaurants in a two-block span. I started going to my first and life-long favorite one when it opened. I was 8 years old. When most kids were eating hamburgers and fries, I was eating Gyro, spanakopita, and tzatziki. As I said, my love for Greek food started young! The flavors and spices are so savory and delicious. Additionally, my love of everything salty led me to a fascination with feta. I put it in as many dishes as I can.  After 40+ years of going to my favorite restaurant, to my dismay it shut its doors just a few months ago leaving me to try to recreate some of my favorite flavors and dishes on my own.

This led me to create this creamy, tangy, salty, spicy feta dip! It is so full of flavor you, you will think your taste buds are having a party. Pair it with lots of fresh vegetables and you have a delicious protein-filled snack. If you love Greek food as much as I do then stay tuned. You will definitely see more Greek dishes popping up on my blog in the months to come.
